Villa Klimt is a lovely four-bedroom home found in a quiet, gated community in the popular town of Pernera. This brand-new villa is just a short stroll from some of the best sandy beaches on the island and is very close to local restaurants, cozy cafes, and shops. It is designed to be a comfortable and stylish base for your next sunny getaway.

The house gets its name from the beautiful Klimt artwork throughout, which gives the space a romantic and creative feel. On the ground floor, the open kitchen and dining area are full of natural light, thanks to large glass doors that lead right out to the pool. The living area is perfect for a movie night or listening to music, with plush furniture and a great sound system. You will also find one bedroom and a guest bathroom on this level.

Moving upstairs, there are three more bedrooms and a large family bathroom. The master bedroom has its own private en-suite for extra privacy. If you enjoy quiet moments, the two small balconies on this floor are wonderful for sitting with a cup of tea while you watch the sun go down. The bedrooms are set up to be very flexible, with a mix of double beds, single beds, and bunks that work great for families or groups of friends.

Outside, the pool area is ready for a full day of relaxation. There are sunbeds for soaking up the rays, a hammock for naps, and a dining table for meals under the stars. For a little extra pampering, you can request to have the hot tub set up. If you are traveling with children, we can provide a trampoline and plenty of toys, but we are also happy to remove these if you prefer a more quiet, adult-only atmosphere.

Bedroom 3 is now fitted with 1 single bed and 1 bunk bed (with 3 floors/3 single beds).
Bedroom 4 is now fitted with 2 single beds (can be connected to become 1 Queen Size Bed) and 1 bunk bed.
