The outdoor area is fully fenced, creating a secluded space with a private swimming pool that’s ideal for leisurely days basking in the Cyprus sun. Sun loungers and a shaded dining area complete the setup, allowing guests to enjoy meals or unwind outdoors in privacy.



Inside, Villa Amesta is thoughtfully equipped for a comfortable stay. The fully fitted kitchen includes modern appliances such as an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine, making it easy to settle in and feel at home. The open-plan living area is furnished for relaxation, with a TV and access to international channels, keeping you entertained during your downtime.



The sleeping arrangements are designed for comfort and privacy. The master bedroom features a large double bed, offering a serene and restful environment. The two additional bedrooms each have two single beds and share a well-appointed bathroom with both a shower and a bathtub, ensuring convenience for all guests. A guest toilet on the ground floor adds extra convenience.
