Guests can walk to a selection of beaches, restaurants, cafés, fruit markets, shops, supermarkets, and water sports facilities—all within easy reach. The complex is family-friendly, making this a comfortable and convenient base for guests of all ages.
Outside, Villa Oscar offers a private swimming pool, mature gardens for added privacy, and plenty of outdoor space to enjoy Cyprus’ sunshine. There's outdoor furniture for dining or relaxing, a gas BBQ for easy family meals, wooden fencing, and off-road parking for convenience.
Indoors, the villa is fully air-conditioned and features open-plan living that’s both practical and welcoming. The lounge includes two comfortable sofas (which convert into single sofa beds), a flat-screen TV with access to over 1,000 international channels, Wi-Fi throughout, and sliding doors opening onto the pool area. A dining table for four to six guests sits just off the lounge, and the adjoining kitchen is well equipped with everything needed to prepare meals with ease. A guest WC is also located on the ground floor.
Upstairs, the villa has two bedrooms, each with its own private en-suite shower room.
