Smelly dirty hotel!!

Will never go to that hotel again!! Checking in was horrible along with the room. Smelt so bad was very out dated and broken windows. Pictures on ad were not what it turned out to be. Do not stay here!! Very disappointed and upset as it was too late to change. So had to stay!!

Bathroom, kitchen areas tired. Bedside cabinet surfaces sticky, no coasters so cups etc stuck .. Bed clean and comfortable, some of pillows could be better. Staff excellent and helpful.

The place was clean comfortable warm and the facilities were great. The room was tired looking and could do with some simple upgrades but over all it was great for what I needed. Would stay there again for sure. Only down fall if families were there that didn’t control there kids with running around, yelling and slamming doors on my last night there. Staff were great and friendly and helpful. Thankyou. 😊

Check in tricky as no one on site unless you ring, had a plumbing issue in bathroom which left us unable to shower etc in the morning so we used the kitchen sink which also had a dodgy tap It was affordable and very handy but don’t expect too much

there was an error with my booking date and they would not assist al all insisting I book and pay for another night. I decided to stay at Wrights by the Sea, extremely accomodating . Infact last time i stayed at U Studio tgere was an exposed unsafe power point in the bathroom.

Firstly the towel rail wasnt there but a note to say hang towels on rail instead of having them changed daily to help with water and power. Secondly there was a note saying for guests not to use the spa bath or bath but no reason why, this was disappointmenting especially to hear another room was able to use theres. My son and i both have been bite by fleas or something similar from the stay. There was no kitchen sink to wash dishes in so this had to be done in bathroom sink next to toilet...yuck! First night when we arrived we had been left one facecloth for all 3 of us. The next day we were give 2 to use. I had booked us in for 3 people to stay. Thankfully we were given 3 towels. One light didnt work and the fan in bathroom hardly worked which ment after a shower there was condensation in the room So not happy and wouldnt recommend or return.

It was fine for one night, but basic things like doors not closing properly, curtains coming off the rails, mould on the roof in the bathroom. Definitely a 3-star quality place, but beds were comfy and we slept well. Get what you pay for.
