Good basic motel. Although furnishings show signs of age, very comfortable beds. New bed linens (would buy these if I could) and towels. Heated bed underpads for colder nights. Very clean. No charge laundry washer and dryer for common use. No elevator but very accommodating staff will assign a ground floor room on request. The only con was poor wifi in our unit.
