Amazing stay

Our stay was amazing. The flats are very well kept, has everything you need. The pool was a great bonus too. Easy to get around and lots of local spots nearby. Opposite the beach. Communication with the team was impeccable - they gave great recommendations and helped us when we were stuck ob any issues!

O imóvel parece ser bem novo, tudo muito bem decorado. O que não me agradou foi que havia vômito no pano de prato da cozinha que após verificado pela prestadora que estava no local foi imediatamente trocado. Além disso as suítes são muito diferentes. Prefira as com área externa para varal, e sofá de couro já que o de suede guarda cheiro de umidade.

Eu sou um viajante que zela por uma boa estadia, e o flats me encantou, por ser um espaço nao muito grande porem muito aconchegante, o lugar tem boa energia, foi tudo muito perfeito. Ao chegar fomos recebidos pelo Roberto, que fui muito atencioso e carismático, alem de nos recepcionar deu dicas da cidade. E achei o valor super barato pela satisfação positiva que proporciona, a cama de otima qualidade, cobertores e tudo muito limpinho, nao achamos negativo, coisa que ja tivemos problemas que estadia em outros lugares com valores bem superiores. A estadia no Clalamar Flats foi incrível. As acomodações são de alto padrão, valeu muita a pena o investimento. Tudo é muito bem cuidado, a arquitetura do prédio e do apto. em si, ambiente muito limpo com uma piscina linda a disposição e em frente à praia do Jabaquara (ainda mais se você pegar o quarto com vista para a praia, local tranquilo e seguro, a 10 minutos de carro do centro histórico de Paraty. Destaque também para a atenção e atendimento do Roberto. Recomendo muito a acomodação.
