Perfecto!

A casa de Matheus e um prazer. Linda, nova, confortavel, funcional y super limpa. A cozhina e completa demais, os moveis, os eletrodomésticos, todo e novo. A localizaçao é ideal, segura dia e noite, ao lado do rio Perequé, a 2 ruas da Av Roberto da Silveira (Lojas Americanas) e 5 do Centro histórico. Combo perfeito. Matheus e super amigavel. Voltaremos sem duvida!!! Muito obrigada.

A casa do Matheus é extremamente confortável! Eu, minha esposa, meu filho de 9 anos e meus pais passamos um fim de semana muito confortável em Janeiro/2018. A casa estava novinha, parecia que havia passado recentemente por uma reforma! Ao chegarmos à casa, todos os cômodos estavam extremamente limpos! Toalhas de banho e de rosto extremamente macias e limpas, assim como as roupas de cama, tudo muito limpo, novo e arrumados com muito carinho. Colchões da casa de ótima qualidade, assim como os travesseiros, pode parecer repetitivo, mas tudo na casa parecia ter sido adquirido recentemente, praticamente novos! Sem falar na cozinha, onde todos os utensílios são novos! Fogão, geladeira, pratos, talheres, copos, taças! Tudo novinho! A sala de jantar possui uma mesa agradabilíssima para um jantar com 8 pessoas. A localização da casa é realmente bem próxima do centro histórico, aproximadamente a umas 6 quadras de distancia. Acaba sendo uma caminhadinha agradável, uma vez que se pode optar por ir andando pela avenida principal, visitando as lojas e vendo o movimento da cidade, ou se preferir, pode-se ir andando à beira do canal, onde existe uma calçada para caminhadas com vista para os barcos que adentram a cidade. O proprietário Matheus me pareceu ser uma pessoa extremamente confiável e dedicada à sua casa! Único porém é que a casa não possui garagem para guardar os carros. Deixamos os 2 carros na rua, bem em frente à casa (que era pouco movimentada e sem saída). Balanço final: já estou planejamento meu retorno a essa agradabilíssima casa!

Se voltar a Paraty, já sei onde ficar!

Estive em um grupo de 7 pessoas durante o carnaval na casa do Matheus e só tenho elogios a sua casa. A casa é linda, muito bem equipada, todos os eletrodomésticos são modernos e os utensílios de primeira (dá até vontade de cozinhar e olha que não sou grande adepta rs). A casa tem 3 chuveiros, o que foi muito bom pelo número de pessoas. Entretanto, no segundo dia, quando ligamos os 3 chuveiros ao mesmo tempo, resultou em uma queda de energia e a queima de uma das resistências. O pai do Matheus, que é eletricista, nos socorreu prontamente para restabelecimento da energia. A casa fica muito próxima ao centro histórico, o que facilitou muito as idas noturnas ao centro. Apesar da casa não ter garagem, deixamos 3 carros na rua e não tivemos problemas algum, já que a rua é sem saída e somente moradores passam por lá. Pelo que percebi, depois de algumas conversas, os vizinhos são bem confiáveis. Enfim, só tenho comentários positivos e pretendo indicar a casa a todos que forem a Paraty. Certamente, ficarei lá novamente em uma próxima viagem.

Excelente!

Eu e minha família passamos um ótimo final de semana em Paraty. A casa tem todo conforto necessário, além de possuir tudo muito novinho, planejado e muito limpo. A localização é muito boa, pertinho da avenida que tem vários comércios e a poucos minutos a pé do centro histórico. Gostaria de agradecer ao Matheus que nos recebeu muito bem em seu imóvel.
