Precisa ser realmente acolhedor

A estadia foi boa em partes: Primeiro acolhimento por parte da senhora é péssima para lhe dá com pessoas. Quando disse que fiz uma reserva até mais dias, quase que eu desistia . O café é propício por conta do valor. Wi-Fi é péssimo.

Simples e Aconchegante, mas não vale o preço

Pousa simples e aconchegante, perto da praia do Jabaquara, porém distante do Centro Histórico, precisará de carro para se deslocar até o centro da cidade. Café da minha com poucas opções, bem básico. Em relação ao preço que é cobrado pela diária deveria ser melhor. Quartos pequenos e com ar condicionado e frigobar, TV apenas canais abertos.

Recepcionista do hotel poderia ser mais educada e gentil. Não trocaram nosso lençol, mesmo estando nos detalhes da compra como "trocar todos os dias". No dia de ir embora tinha 2 carros me prendendo (até ai tudo bem), perguntei a moça do hotel se ela sabia de quem era os veículos para pedir para retirarem e eu seguir viagem ela respondeu: "não tenho a menor idéia" (fiquei sem reação, como que ela não sabe de quem era os veículos? )

O local é simples, mas oferece condições para uma estadia confortável. Ar condicionado, frigobar, estacionamento. O staff é amigável, hospitaleiro. Bom café da manhã.

Horrível

O atendimento na chegada já foi péssimo. O quarto mal limpo; travesseiros, lençóis e toalhas ruins. Ar condicionado super barulhento! A privada entupida com urina!!! Café da manhã horrível! Tinha um cabelo na fruta, meu marido mostrou pra funcionária, ao que ela falou: senhor o que quer que eu faça! Bem queríamos o mínimo de limpeza!!! O chuveiro mal sai água. Tudo estava tão sujo que era impossível ficar sem chinelo. Não recomendo pra ninguém esta pousada, um horror!
