The hotel was basic in facilities but it was clean and the owners friendly. It is close to the beach so a swim before breakfast is a must. 10 minute walk to the historical part of Paraty where there are many good restaurants and tasteful shops.

Good for your money

It was fine for the $50 cad/night. Clean. The staff was friendly, there was a breakfast. Location was good and central. It is a noisy building that was the only drawback

POUSADA DA MARÉ

Achei o quarto muito apertado, por conta de uma cama de solteiro colocada, juntamente com uma de casal, num quarto que mau tinha espaço para a de casal. Essa distribuição do mobiliário, inviabilizou o uso do varão destinado aos cabides. O chuveiro jogava a água para a parede, o que dificultava um pouco o banho. O quarto de número 5, que foi o que fiquei, não foi arrumado e limpo do segundo para o terceiro dia de estadia. Não haviam mesas e cadeiras suficientes no restaurante, para que todos os hóspedes, pudessem tomar o café da manhã num mesmo horário. A localização da pousada é excelente e os funcionários, são muito atenciosos e dispostos a ajudar. Minha nota geral para a pousada é um 7 e sim, voltaria, em virtude do custo benefício.

A pousada fica bem pertinho da praia do Pontal, porém eu não recomendo. A pousada falta muito de manutenção, estávamos num quarto pequeno com três camas (quarto 15) e tinha uma estrutura para receber 3 pessoas. Portas danificada, que não fechavam, colchão desagradável, lençóis muito francos, nenhum lugar para guardar as roupas, só alguns cabide (para 3 pessoas). Não vale a pena, ainda mais com esse preço. Recepção sempre vazia, bem difícil para perguntar coisas e ajuda.

Maré cheia não promete nada e entrega tudo.

Ficamos 6 dias na pousada e tudo ocorreu bem, do chekin ao checkout, o pessoal da recepção muitos educados e solícitos, amamos as moças do café da manhã, bem dispostas e super atenciosas. Caso volte em Paraty pretendo me hospedar novamente na pousada.
