A floating lodge, set in the middle of a pond, surrounded by nature. Here, no roads, no neighbors, just calm, water and the spectacle of koi carp gliding beneath your feet.
Accessible by motorboat, the lodge floats to the rhythm of the wind and the water. The setting is simple and uncluttered, designed for slowing down, breathing in and enjoying.

The lodge is totally self-sufficient:
- Solar electricity, satellite wifi (Starlink).
- Filtered water for shower, sink and toilet (non-potable).
- Drinking water available via a dedicated tap.
- Wastewater treatment by phytodepuration, directly on the pond.

🛏️ Comfort:
- Double bed 160x200 and 2-seater sofa bed.
- Fully equipped kitchen: fridge, two gas rings, sink, coffee machine.
- Gas stove in winter, fan in summer.
- Bathroom with shower and toilet.
- Video projector with Netflix, Prime Video and Disney+.
- Bedding provided, cleaning included.

🍃 Outside, on the water:
- Terrace with garden furniture.
- Gas barbecue.
- Net suspended over water.
- Shade cloths.

- Swimming prohibited.
- Fishing prohibited. Koi are at home here.
- No fire, inside or out.

A vehicle is recommended; private, secure parking is available.

## Notes

A deposit of €500 is required. This will be paid by bank transfer. We use the Swikly secure online service, which allows you to deposit your deposit online without any debit or impact on your bank limit.

As a guest of this houseboat, you'll find a terrace and barbecue grills. The front desk is open around the clock.

Smoking is allowed in designated areas at this Parcoul-Chenaud houseboat.
