So much to love about this hotel, starting with its beauty, but its staff was nonexistent. The hotel offers no help, no services. You're on your own. Breakfast was good, tho the main cappuccino machine was broken. Fresh juices much appreciated. Sensational location near the Invalides and a gazillion great restaurants. A big negative I didn't understand ahead of time: your room is adjacent to common areas where people can & do (& did!) talk late into the night.
The common areas, like this one, are pretty, but your neighbors are free to party late.
La Trêve is in a very pretty building, but the street arrangement means that taxis/Ubers can't pick you up there.
The breakfast area is tiny. The French are so polite they make it work. But if a rowdy family arrived there would be problems.
I appreciated print copies of the New York Times & FT every morning.

Beautiful hotel in the center of Paris. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. We will definitely be staying here again. We had a minor issue with the hot water one morning but it was out of anyone’s control and dealt with promptly and efficiently by the staff which goes to show they care. Would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. Thank you Stephanie for our wonderful stay in your hotel.

Amazing location and beautiful rooms. Loved the concept and communal breakfast. Staff is extremely friendly and attentive. Only feedback is the check in and out and constant entering/exiting the hotel room is a bit of a clunky experience having to constantly use the same link to unlock doors. It’s fine for tech savvy people but I would not perhaps recommend for my parents. Also the rooms could be a bit more soundproof as breakfast prep starts at 8am on weekends and can be heard inside room.

Including forgetting to leave a spare roll of toilet paper, forgetting to clean out the garbage can, forgetting to provide clean towel. The lift in the hotel is very small, barely fitting two persons and their luggage.

Excellente surprise, encore mieux qu'à la maison ! L'établissement est neuf et magnifiquement décoré. A 2 pas des Invalides et de la Tour Eiffel nous avons pu profiter de Paris à pied... Le concept est tout nouveau, vous pouvez louer l'appartement dans sa totalité ou une chambre dans l'appartement mais tout en ayant une indépendance totale comme dans un hôtel. Nous avons eu l'impression d'être dans un espace VIP Lounge, on a adoré ! Les chambres sont équipées comme dans un hôtel 5 étoiles et le petit-déjeuner était très qualitatif, servi comme à la maison ! Le concept offre également beaucoup de digital : clés, tv, conciergerie, application... Stéphanie, la maitresse de maison, a été au petit soin avec nous. Elle nous a même conseillé plusieurs fois sur les choix de notre séjour... On reviendra très vite en famille et on réservera l'appartement de 4 chambres ! A bientôt !
