The place smelled like mold when we arrived. Had to open the window. The internet didn’t work the first night and there needs to be better instructions for the shower that leaks. One shower head should be used instead of the other. When asked for more towels they said they would bring but didn’t do what they said. The place is a great location distance wise for Disneyland Paris. Transit is near by and easy to get to and from.

Very conveniently located and spacious. 5 minute walk to get the local bus to the Disney Parks and there is a supermarket 10 minute walk away. Instructions from host were easy to follow and access is available 24/7. Room was very clean and comfortable

RĂ©servation confirmĂ©e par Hotels.com sauf que aucune nouvelle de l'hĂŽte depuis la reservation, personne injoignable selon les coordonnĂ©s donnĂ©es...A notre arrivĂ©e, personnes ne rĂ©pond au tĂ©lĂ©phone, mail inactif, personne de prĂ©sent, aprĂšs 30 minutes d'attente devant le logement nous sommes partis Ă  la quĂȘte d'un autre hĂ©bergement avec 3 enfants !!!!! Je suis en colĂšre et lĂ  l'hĂŽte qui me contacte via WhatsApp pour le rĂšglement non mais sĂ©rieusement...

Nous avons louĂ© cette chambre d'hĂŽtel pour aller Ă  Disneyland, c'est Ă  15min en voiture. Chambre propre, trĂšs (trop parfumĂ©). Nous avons dĂ©branchĂ© l'appareil qui envoie cette odeur dans la chambre. Et avons vite compris que c'est pour cacher les odeurs de remontĂ©es d'Ă©gout de la salle de bain. La chambre se trouve Ă  la place du garage dans la maison. Peut-ĂȘtre que les odeurs sont liĂ©es Ă  ça ? L'endroit est trĂšs calme. La chambre trĂšs propre. CafĂ© et thĂ© fournis. Parcontre ! Nous devions recevoir un code par mail Ă  16h00 pour entrer dans la chambre. Lorsque nous sommes arrivĂ©s vers 18h00, nous n'avions toujours pas de code. Le propriĂ©taire ne rĂ©pond Ă  aucun mail, ni mĂȘme aux appels ! Nous avons fini par recevoir ce code Ă  18h45. De plus, j'ai reçu un message me demandant de payer la rĂ©servation via un lien, chose que j'ai faite. Seulement, quelques heures plus tard, je me suis aperçu que le prĂ©lĂšvement avait dĂ©jĂ  Ă©tĂ© fait automatiquement la veille sur mon compte bancaire ! Je n'ai mĂȘme pas Ă©tĂ© prĂ©venue. Pourquoi donc me demander d'effectuer le rĂšglement si c'est dĂ©jĂ  prĂ©levĂ© automatiquement ?? Et j'ai beau envoyĂ© des mails pour savoir comment se passe le remboursement. Je n'ai toujours aucune rĂ©ponse du prolĂ©taire !!
