325 Suite Greta - Superb apartment in Paris

The Greta Suite is a 29 m2 apartment. It is located on the ground floor of a building without elevator.

The layout is as follows:

- Cosy living room with double sofa bed and double bed, TV and dining table.
- Open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen
- Modern bathroom with shower gel kit, shampoo and hairdryer.
- Comfortable toilet in bathroom

Take advantage of the many conveniences available in the apartment:

- Washing machine, Refrigerator, Iron, TV screen, Free Wi-Fi
- Hotplates, Ironing board, Microwave oven, Kettle, Toaster, Nespresso machine
- Bed linen (sheets and blankets), 1 set of towels per person
- Comfortable WC separate from bathroom

In this apartment, you'll find all the comforts you need for a memorable stay.

The apartment is entirely reserved for travelers, and you have access to the entire apartment.

I'm available 7 days a week from 9am to 10.30pm by phone, SMS or e-mail.

However, if you are due to arrive after 10.30pm, it is essential that you read and follow to the letter the independent arrival guide provided. This will ensure smooth access to the property and prevent any unforeseen problems during your installation.

Please note that after 10:30 pm, we will no longer be able to respond to your requests or assist you if necessary.

Located in the heart of Paris, our apartment is ideally situated for discovering the charm and many facets of the City of Light. The neighborhood is lively and bustling, with many shops and restaurants close by.

Place de la République: 10 minutes on foot.
Place de la Bastille: 20 minutes on foot.

Public transport: Thanks to public transport, you'll be less than 30 minutes from Paris' must-see sites, such as Saint-Germain-des-Prés, Opéra Garnier, Galeries Lafayette, Place Vendôme, Place de la Concorde, Champs-Élysées, Montmartre and the Eiffel Tower.

Restaurants, bars and nightlife: The district is also rich in restaurants, cocktail bars and nightclubs.

- Telephone assistance available from 9:00 am to 11 pm, 7 days a week.
- This apartment is not suitable for P.R.M. (people with reduced mobility).
