THE ACCOMMODATION:


Welcome to our charming newly renovated apartment located in the 11th arrondissement. This 85-square-meter apartment is designed to offer a comfortable and convenient stay in the heart of the capital.

The apartment consists of:

-A spacious living room with a TV and a sofa bed (available upon request for an additional fee), providing you with extra relaxation space if needed.

-The 3 bedrooms are equipped with queen-size beds (160 cm x 200 cm), with quality cotton bedding and four pillows per bed to ensure soft and restful nights.

-1 baby crib available (upon request).

-2 bathrooms include a shower, a sink, and a toilet, as well as a hairdryer for your convenience.

-You will also find a fully equipped kitchen, including all utensils, cutlery, glasses, refrigerator, plates, cooking pans, and a Nespresso coffee machine. Additionally, we provide a microwave, a washing machine, and a dishwasher, allowing you to prepare meals just like at home.

-For your comfort, we offer heating during cold seasons and free Wi-Fi so you can stay connected during your stay.

Our apartment can accommodate up to 6 people at most, making it an ideal choice for families, groups of friends, or business travelers. Travelers have access to the entire accommodation without restrictions.

Our apartment is equipped with a secure key box, meaning you won't have to worry about the arrival time. You can retrieve your keys independently at any time using a unique PIN code that you will receive by email. This allows you to avoid being locked out or waiting for hours to get the keys. The key box is located in the building of the apartment, making it very easy to retrieve. This feature is especially convenient for late arrivals or those with unpredictable schedules. It's a real plus for your stay with us, as you can arrive at any time without worrying about the check-in time. Additionally, if you want an early check-in to avoid carrying your luggage, there are many companies next to the apartment that can store your luggage for you. If possible, we can arrange an early check-in for you, but we can only confirm it a certain time before your arrival.



OTHER INFORMATION:

This apartment does not allow parties to be organized: significant fees will apply if guests do not adhere to this. In case of complaints from our neighbors, tenants will be asked to leave immediately, with no refund possible. Please respect the tranquility of the neighborhood.

If you need to use the sofa bed, please inform us in advance so we can prepare the sheets for you. Similarly, for the baby crib, which is available by request only.

This apartment offers its guests laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
