Ideally located in the 9th arrondissement, the apartment is a 15-minute walk from the Sacré Cœur, the Department Stores (Galerie Lafayette) and the Place de l'Opera. This is the ideal neighborhood to live a typically Parisian experience

Sublime 32m2 apartment, completely renovated, which includes:
- Living room with convertible sofa
- 1 table with chairs
- TV/wifi
- A fully equipped kitchen (hob, microwave, toaster, Nespresso machine, washer-dryer, dishwasher)
- 1 bedroom with double bed and dressing room
- 1 bathroom with shower and 1 toilet
The cleaning fee includes fresh linens and towels for each guest and is cleaned by a professional housekeeper
