Great stay in Epinettes

Great communication and location. Very quiet. Not a lot of room in the closet, if you have lots of luggage. Wasn’t a problem for us.

Memorable week in Paris

The apartment is ideally located to enjoy all the attractions of Paris. A very short walking distance (200m) to the Guy Moquet metro station makes it very easy to get around. The apartment has all the amenities to make for a comfortable stay. Tony and Leticia were both very easy to communicate with and provided detailed information prior to our arrival. I definitely would consider staying there again on a future trip.

Terrific cozy little flat - we felt like locals

Terrific location right next to the metro train - perfectly convenient shopping at the end of the block - felt completely safe the entire time there. A wonderful view of the park from the living room - will definitely stay there again! Super quiet, comfortable and clean.

Nette Vermieter und saubere Wohnung

Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Leticia und Toni begrüßt Die Wohnung ist sauber und hat Charme, auch durch die Lage an einem kleinen Park und der Nähe zu allen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Metrostation liegt in direkter Nähe , einzig die Parksituation ist wie überall in Paris schwierig. Die Kommunikation war sehr gut incl. Erklärung des Parkautomaten . Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Gemütliche Wohnung, zentral gelegen

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung wohl gefühlt, obwohl sie auf den Fotos größer wirkte als sie wirklich war. Gemütlich eingerichtet, alles wichtige ist vorhanden (allerdings auch viele private Sachen der Vermieter, was aber nicht störte). Sehr nette Vermieter und Nachbarn, die Hausmeisterin wohnt direkt darunter, alle sehr hilfsbereit. Die Gegend ist nett, recht zentral, mit vielen Einkaufs- und Essensgelegenheiten in der Nähe.
