- Rolland Garros where the internationals will be held from 05/25 to 06/8/2025. Free shuttle bus to get there in 5 minutes on foot, or walk about 1/4h to get there on foot.
- Bois de Boulogne: on foot or by bike (rental bikes at the bottom of my building). In the Bois (which is car-free at weekends) there are several gardens (Bagatelle, Précatlan) and the Fondation Vuitton.
- Boulogne: Large square with restaurants and cinema 10 ms walk down rue Gallieni. Numerous shops on bd jean Jaurès and the passages shopping center. Market (Tuesday, Friday and Sunday) and pleasant walk up bd Jean Jaurès to the Notre Dame de Boulogne basilica.

## Emplacement
The 16th arrondissement of Paris is located on the right bank of the Seine, west of the city.
The district is mainly residential but nevertheless visited by tourists for its many museums and its remarkable places like the Trocadéro or the Bois de Boulogne. It has the largest number of embassies and consulates in Paris, as well as world-famous sports facilities such as the Parc des Princes and Roland Garros stadium. Counting the hundreds of hectares of the Bois de Boulogne, the 16th arrondissement is the greenest in the capital.

## Transports
The area is well served by public transport: metro line 9 at Porte de Saint-Cloud provides easy access to Auteuil, La Muette, Trocadéro, Alma-Marceau, Champs-Élysées, Opéra, Madeleine and department stores.
Several bus routes are also accessible, including route 72, whose “La Tourelle” stop is a 3-minute walk from the building on the left (Route de la reine). This route crosses Paris along the Seine, passing many landmarks: Eiffel Tower, Musée d'Art Moderne, Concorde, Tuileries, Louvre, Musée d'Orsay, all the way to L'Hotel de Ville near Notre-Dame.
