Great stay and would stay again. Easy to get to local transport (Trains, RER, Metro) and having a Lidl next door made it easy to stock our room’s kitchen area for our stay. Facilities at the property were good. Would just note that the microwave isn’t a duo oven combi-microwave, so cooking was more limited. Temperature control did not work in the room, luckily we stayed in the winter and could open the window to cool the room down. Bed was really comfortable and even though our room was next to the elevator, it was still quiet and a positive experience. Would recommend.

Cute room nice staff but far from everywhere

Hotel is really far away from where you need to be considering how bad the traffic is in Paris. It would take us 45 minutes to an hour just to get to an Eiffel Tower in an Uber. People extremely friendly staff is very helpful and speak good English. Do not recommend breakfast for €19, you can go out in town and get much better selection for cheaper. We went down to look at the menu, what they had of the buffet and they had barely any selection. Definitely not worth that money so we decided not to eat there. Also, the shower had somebody’s black long hair in it like he hasn’t been cleaned. Beds were comfortable. Plumbing in the sink in the shower was backing up. We actually had to unscrew the drains for the water to run down. Maintenance man walked in while we were watching TV without knocking because he thought room was unoccupied and he wanted to fix something. A few restaurants within walking distance, however nothing else does close by. Staff were great zero complaints, but I definitely wish I did more research on the location. If you want nice and quiet away from everything is definitely a beautiful little apartment however, if you wanna be closer to where you wanna be to the idea location, you might want to book elsewhere.

Excellent Aparthotel in Paris, super clean and spacious. Great value for money. Kind and helpful staff at the reception. Kudos to the housekeeping team for their excellent work. Kind of walking distance to Gare de Lyon station (about 1km), can be tiring after a long day of walking in Paris. But you can take a bus from one street down the station to the hotel.

The hotel and room were nice however I wasnt hapoy with the ten minute walk to get to the subway station. There were two nearby stations however it frlt like you had to walk forever to get to the station. Staff were friendly and very kind. The room itself had good room and space. I wish breakfast was included in the rate. Path to get to gare du nord station is a little bit sketchy.l especially late night and early mornings.

Room was very clean and bed super comfortable. Staff was very professional and attentive. However, the room amenities lacked items that would have made this stay great. For example, bathroom did not have wash clothes; only two thin towels and hand towels. Could have provided better shampoo, conditioner, hand lotion and more toilet paper. Kitchen was very tiny and lacked space. Did not have dish rack nor paper towels. Bedroom lacked full size night stands - there was little space for items. No dressers in room only a small closet. No space to store luggage. For the price we paid this should have been a higher end setup. Otherwise the location was great.

There was no hand soap or body soap at all in our rooms and we couldn’t get anything. They would clean your room but there was a $75 fee to do so. That includes asking for fresh bath towels.

Great little find

A great hotel located only a short walk away from Garde de Lyon. Safe area. We had a ground floor room despite asking for high floor. It was an accessible room which meant larger and more space. Staff were pleasant.

Very nice, clean and friendly hotel located close to Gare de Lyon and bus and Metro stations. Our room was very spacious with a small kitchenette area. It was so easy to get around the city to all the major attractions. Would definitely recommend.

Brilliant Hotel and Staff

Fantastic hotel! We had a family room which was brilliant. The staff were amazing - they are unobtrusive and let you get on with with your stay but were instantly available if you need anything. The hotel is 5-10 minute walk from 3 metro stations including Gare De Lyon. We will be back

Nice place, friendly staff

This hotel is very close to Gare du Lyon, which made catching an early train very simple. We stayed here two nights, and the room was comfortable and the hotel is very modern and feels new. The breakfast was nice, with eggs made to order at request. Not a lot of restaurants options but we did try a couple in the area and metro was very close. Would stay here again.
