- a separate fully-equipped kitchen with dining area (kettle, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, hob, oven, fridge and freezer, ice machine),
- two bedrooms with queen-size beds (160 cm),

- TV, WiFi, DVD player,
- washing machine, tumble dryer, hairdryer, hoover.

Please note the following additional charges:
- check-in between 9pm and midnight: €22,
- check-in between midnight and 6am: 44€.

## Neighborhood

On the Left Bank of Paris, this flat benefits from an exceptional location, just a few minutes' walk from several museums such as the Rodin Museum or the Orsay Museum. To reach the Tuileries Gardens, simply cross the Seine via the Léopold-Sédar-Senghor footbridge. Then head for the Arc de Triomphe via Place de la Concorde and the Champs Élysées, or for the Palais Garnier across Place Vendôme. Stroll along the Seine before making your way to Les Invalides, then the Champs de Mars and the Eiffel Tower. The area is full of shops, cafés and restaurants: for an afternoon break, head to the Cuppa Café tea room; for dinner, make a reservation at 122 or Cinq-Mars.
