This was our first time in Paris. The location was close to everything. The bathroom area was a little odd with our teenage son and would have liked a curtain to close off the entire bedroom to the kitchen or a better curtain on the door. There was a motion detection light that would go off and pointed towards the bedroom. All in all we liked our stay.

First time in Paris, so not sure how to compare with other apartments. while it was slightly small per US stds, but it served our needs for 3 adults. location was excellent and neighborhood was safe and convenient to public transportation. Best spot to stay in Paris

Looking for a spot to stay in Paris? Have you looked at a million spots and feel overwhelmed? Stop looking and stay here. It’s the best. 5 minute walk to the metro. 8 minute walk to luggage storage 2 second walk to walks and bistros. There are literally crepe cafes on each side of the front door. Unit was clean. The bed was so comfy. Ground floor so no lugging your bags. Host was quick to respond to emails and questions. I hope I can come and stay here again some day. 10/10 recommend

Great stay!

Location was amazing. Everything you could want within walking distance. Layout of apartment is a little tight for four people but you can make it work, especially if it is just for a few nights. The courtyard was sweet. Would stay here again.

Quaint, quirky & perfect…

The four of us could not have found a better location for our 4 days in Paris! In the heart of the Latin Quarter, within walking distance of most major tourist attractions, yet tucked away in a quiet courtyard that buffered nearly all street noise. Two minutes walking distance to the Metro. Surrounded by eclectic restaurants. Our hosts were very attentive to our needs & happy to quickly provide recommendations when we made inquiries. We LOVED our stay here & would book it again the next time we visit!

Amazing location!

Located in a great location with many restaurants on the street. It is tucked back in a courtyard, so it was nice and quiet. Walking distance to many attractions. The layout is interesting and the size is typical of a European apartment. We would definitely stay again!

Great Location!

I stayed here with my husband and 2 adult daughters. I read the reviews so knew exactly what to expect. The host was very friendly and offered tips prior to our arrival. The location is phenomenal and in the heart of everything. It was surprisingly quiet given that you are located in a busy area with access to restaurants, etc. The court yard had a lot of charm. The home had a lot of character. We had a great stay in Paris!!!! The only recommendation would be to make the shower door opaque to provide privacy. We would stay here again.

If you want to really enjoy the Latin Quarter of Paris this is a nice property. The location is great. The courtyard makes you feel safe. Key sites of Paris are in easy walking distance. The host communicates immediately. The property is advertised for 5 or 6 people, in fact it is best suited for 4. (The “extra bed” is a blowup mattress and not the best.) Also, there is no way you can call this a “2 bathroom” apartment… there is one toilet, one sink and one shower. The fact that they are in separate rooms does not constitute 2 bathrooms in our opinion. Even so, if you want to enjoy the culture and ambiance of Paris, this is a good location.
