Good stay a bit far from the city

This was my first time with this chain and I really enjoyed it! So much so that I booked twice more. As a solo female it was just what I needed - a clean, safe, simple and affordable room. It was perfect for me! The only thing was the distance from the city - I believe this was in zone 3 which costs a bit more to travel by public transportation.

Good place to be. Breakfast is great. I would like to see improvement in room such as a refridgerator, coffee, 4 pillows instead of two. Also a trash can. Hi how about ironing equipment., we need an iron for pressing. But overall my stay was nice.

Disappointing

The landscape and interior of the hotel doesn’t correlate with what’s displayed on the website. Located on a main, busy road with no connections to Paris. I didn’t feel particularly safe in this area and would not recommend that anyone should go outside of a night. The saving grace were the staff who were friendly and helpful.

Very disappointed

The room was according to expectations yet when the time came to take a shower, the head of the shower almost fell on my head. Had I not paid attention, I would have sustained injuries. The morning after at checkout, I did mention it to the reception desk. I was told that they were not compelled to believe me. That morning, I had to leave to my business meeting barely having been able to take a proper shower, in a sweaty and hot day. I asked for reimbursement since an essential part of the stay had not been fulfilled, buit was told that this was not going to be possible.

Je suis globalement déçu par mon séjour dans cet établissement. Première surprise (et pas des moindres) : l’absence de Canal+. Ce point peut sembler secondaire pour certains, mais il est pourtant mentionné sur le site B&B Hotels et surtout présent dans la majorité de leurs autres établissements. Quand on choisit une chaîne, c’est aussi pour une certaine constance de services… ici, ce n’est clairement pas le cas. Mais le point le plus préoccupant concerne la douche (7iéme étage). Très honnêtement, c’est un vrai problème de sécurité. La température de l’eau passe brusquement de tiède à très chaude sans aucune manipulation. Je me suis brûlé, et je n’ose même pas imaginer ce que cela peut donner avec un enfant. Il y a là un risque réel qui mérite d’être traité rapidement. En résumé : une expérience en dessous des standards attendus, avec un point de vigilance important sur la sécurité.
