Upon arrival we realized there was an unanticipated problem with this property and our reservation, but the property manager was very responsive and relocated us to another flat. The availability of the management team was greatly appreciated, and the communication was always prompt and clear.

This was a quiet apartment in a central location in the bustling Latin Quarter. But it wasn't clean. Clumps of dirt, dust, other small detritus were on the floor in corners, behind night stand, under table, etc. The mattress was covered by a loose flat sheet but not a mattress pad, and it had hair, dust, and loose debris on it. Seemed vaguely grimey, as did the sofa. Just super unpleasant to spend time there.

Ideal location and apartment has everything we needed. Though it was off a busy street, it was secure and quiet. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom large and well appointed. Hosts were responsive and allowed us to leave luggage early when we arrived in city.
