Nous avions réservé notre séjour 18mois plus tôt pour les Jeux Olympiques. Une semaine avant je demande la procédure d’arrivée et l’hôte m’annonce alors qu’il annule ma réservation !!! Le pire est que la location est alors remise en ligne à 200€ supplémentaires ! Abritel m’a promis un dédommagement mais toujours rien alors que j’ai dû trouver un autre hébergement dans l’urgence et forclusion cher ! Nous voilà face un problème de malhonnêteté de la part de l’hôte et de manque de considération de la part d’ Abritel qui par ailleurs laisse en ligne l’annonce de cette personne ! Je ne lâcherai pas l’affaire

Une communication compliquée, un manque d'information, une propreté relative, des commodes avec des tiroirs cassés, un manque de notice d'utilisation des appareils, mais un appartement dans un immeuble sécurisé et très bien placé. Un environnement calme.
