Bonjour, Je suis désolé de voir que votre séjour dans notre hôtel ne s'est pas bien passé et je tiens a m'excuser pour ce qu'il s'est passé. Pour les punaises de lit oui en effet on a eu un autre cas quelques semaines avant votre arrivée et c'était bien un cas isolé, quelques jours avant votre arrivée on a eu un problème de punaises de lit un peu plus grand et on fait tout notre possible pour les éradiquer ce n'est pas un problème de budget mais le traitement doit se faire dans chaque chambre individuellement a fin qu'on évite la fermeture de l'hôtel pendant 1 mois pour le traitement, ce qu'il fait que ces punaises s'installait dans les chambres qui n'avait pas encore de produit anti punaises. Encore une fois on tient a s'excuser pour l'incident et on espère vous revoir chez nous a fin qu'on puisse vous offrir un service à votre hauteur. Cordialement, Best Western Hotel Grand Parc
