Excellent budget location near Disneyland Paris. If you want a hotel on a budget this is the hotel for you. This hotel is good value for money as we were hardly there! We had a family room with a double bed and bunk bed for our 2 kids. The beds were comfy, our room was slightly small. This hotel is good location for Disney parks. Easy to get around by bus and train to Parks. Only a 10 minutes by Uber and cost approximately £8. The swimming pool was not clean, staff said it is cleaned every night but it was still full of bugs and leaves every morning we were there! So kids unable to use it during our stay. No fridge in the rooms.

Quiet, nice Hotel with friendly, helpfull Staff! The only complaint i have is the huge Antenna-Tower right next to the Hotel ;)

Étant habitué des hôtels proche de Disneyland paris, nous avons tester cet hôtel pour la première fois. Décoration du lobby et surtout des chambres à revoir: des photos de perruches, des cages rempli d'oiseau synthétique... à en faire des cauchemars... Le plus gros point noir est l'insalubrité des chambres: arrivé pour la première nuit nous avons (heureusement) remarqué des petits insectes qui se promenait sur nos coussins avant d'aller dormir (voir photo). Il s’agissait de punaise de lit! Vue à 2 endroits différent, donc probablement assez nombreux quand la lumière allait être éteinte. On a immédiatement appeler l’accueil qui nous a envoyer une personne qui a pu constater nos dires... Elle nous a affirmé que s'était la première fois que ça arrivait... malheureusement pour elle on avais lu avant de venir qu'une personne en avais eu dans sa chambre... mais on se disait que s'était probablement un cas isolé et résolu. Dans la seconde chambre qu'on a eu, après vérification complète par nos soins, nous avons seulement trouvé ce qu'on appel des puces de livres, par dizaines sur les plaintes des murs autour de la chambre. Heureusement ses insectes ne pique pas! Il sont là parce qu'il y a énormément de poussière ainsi que de la tapisserie (leur repas favoris). En parlant avec le personnel de l'établissement il s'est avéré que la directrice était parfaitement au courant de cet invasion de punaise de lit mais que les frais pour les éradiqué n'était pas dans ces priorités...

Bonjour, Je suis désolé de voir que votre séjour dans notre hôtel ne s'est pas bien passé et je tiens a m'excuser pour ce qu'il s'est passé. Pour les punaises de lit oui en effet on a eu un autre cas quelques semaines avant votre arrivée et c'était bien un cas isolé, quelques jours avant votre arrivée on a eu un problème de punaises de lit un peu plus grand et on fait tout notre possible pour les éradiquer ce n'est pas un problème de budget mais le traitement doit se faire dans chaque chambre individuellement a fin qu'on évite la fermeture de l'hôtel pendant 1 mois pour le traitement, ce qu'il fait que ces punaises s'installait dans les chambres qui n'avait pas encore de produit anti punaises. Encore une fois on tient a s'excuser pour l'incident et on espère vous revoir chez nous a fin qu'on puisse vous offrir un service à votre hauteur. Cordialement, Best Western Hotel Grand Parc

Sehr schönes Ambiente, Frühstücksbuffet sehr lecker mit regionalen Produkten! Waren im Fünf Bett Zimmer untergebracht mit schönem Badezimmer und separater Toilette,alles zweckmäßig und somit günstig.nachdem sich unsere Tochter im Badezimmer zum Duschen eingeschlossen hatte und das Schloss nicht mehr aufging war das Hotelpersonal allerdings überfordert und nur die herbeigerufene Feuerwehr konnte nach über einer Stunde unsere Tochter befreien. Danach wurde das Badezimmer die restlichen zwei Tage leider nicht mehr sauber gemacht.Alles in allem aber auf jeden Fall wieder einen Urlaub Wert.
