The food and drink in the dining room were excellent. The property is charming. Rooms were quiet and clean. The frequency of shuttle service to CDG airport is not frequent enough. There was not another shuttle after 09:00 that would get me to a 12:55 flight. If I didn’t want to go early, I was told I could “take a local bus”.not good enough for an airport hotel.

Stayed for 5days, it is close to CDG Paris airport, about 3mins using uber. Food is good, they also provide free water. Shout out to the reception guy, He is the best. He provided every information about travel and transportation in paris.

Good hotel, reception staff needs to listen a bit.

The hotel, parking and the location was great. However, the reception staff in the morning did not believe when I informed that I have paid for the parking. When requested them to ask the person who was their the night before, saying "he's sleeping now" was ridiculous as it was the hotels fault for not including it in their system or giving me a receipt. However, the manager had refunded double payment they charged back on my credit card. This incident should not have happened at the first place!

Really nice hotel well decorated. Took a while for check in as there was an issue with someone in front and only 1 person on desk. We had 4 children with us and had a late flight so would have been better if there were more people on the desk to get us seen and to our room quicker

Best hotel close to airport!

Very cute and boutique style hotel. Decor was very Parisian and reminded me of my grandmothers house. Couches and chairs in the dinning area felt like I was at home in my living room. Staff was wonderful and welcoming. We loved it.
