The space
This superb apartment of more than 37 m2 with a capacity of 5 people, it is a 7-minute walk from the PIERREFITTE STAINS train station with parking space on the street , it has been completely refurbished and equipped so that your stay takes place in an exceptional setting:

- Living room with convertible sofa bed with capacity for 2 guests. A duvet and large pillows are available under the sofa bed.

- 4K TV with high speed access to Fiber Optic.
Access to YouTube and NETFLIX via TV so you can watch movies & series.

- An office space is also available to allow you to book or work remotely with peace of mind.

- Kitchen equipped with fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, oven, range hood, microwave, "Nespresso" coffee machine with pods. A complete set of dishes will also be at your disposal to allow you to cook.

- Bedroom with 2 single beds of 90x180 and a double bed 140X200 each and a large wardrobe so that you can affix your personal belongings: sleeps 4. Finally, bedside tables on each side of the beds.

- Refurbished bathroom, with hair dryer and high-end towels, toilet paper

Each guest will have a towel as well as liquid soap, body wash and shampoo.

Are at your disposal, in the apartment: basic condiments namely: bottle of water, coffee - tea - sugar - salt – pepper.

The entrance to the premises is done autonomously and completely secured by a key box, which will allow you to arrive at the time that suits you.
Badge and key will be sent to you to have access to your home.

Failure to respect the departure time, which is set at 10 AM, may give rise to a request for compensation of 20 eur per additional hour.
