Between the Arc de Triomphe, the luxury shops of Avenue Montaigne and the flagship stores on the Champs-Elysées, this furnished apartment keeps you at the heart of it all. The area, connected by metro Line 1, is found next to the Défense and its offices and shopping centers. Calling this area home also means access to the direct buses to Orly and Roissy Charles de Gaulle airports. A number of CAC 40 multinationals have also chosen the Champs-Elysées as their home including Sanofi, Bouygues, Dassault, Veolia and Vivendi.

A security deposit of €6420 is required at booking, which will be returned within 2-4 weeks after the check-out, minus any deductible damages.
