Overlooking one of Paris’ most verdant tree-lined boulevards, a stone’s throw away from Canal Saint-Martin in one direction and Parc des Buttes-Chaumont in the other, this three-bedroom apartment awaits its next lucky guests. With its boho chic design approach and quirky décor, the interior of this home is just as rewarding to explore as its stunning environs in the 10th arrondissement.
LIVING & DINING AREA
It’s undeniably homely and welcoming in the beautifully decorated and furnished living room. A sand-coloured jute rug exudes comfort in the centre of the room, lying atop the original wood flooring; nearby, a linen sofa and two armchairs surround a rustic coffee table. Sculptures and plants abound on almost every surface, while vibrant art and exotic trinkets grace the walls. On the other side of the room, the rich timber dining table matches the coffee table opposite, offering room for six diners for a night of good food and great company.

From the door next to the dining table, enter the kitchen and be struck by its bold allure. The red cabinetry forms a striking first impression, while the timber countertop mirrors the warmth of the living room adjacent. A round breakfast table sits ready for those with their morning croissants, while a tall glass cabinet is full of dishware and topped by ornate sculptures.
BEDROOMS
The first bedroom beckons you in with a distinctly soothing aura: the cosy queen-sized bed is immediately enticing, ready to welcome weary travellers after a day of exploring the City of Light.
