Bright and airy 2 bedroom with parking in vibrant Belleville

Come stay in our quiet, bright and airy 2 bedroom apartment during the olympics.

Our home comes with two bedrooms, one featuring a queen size bed (160x200), the second (behind a light-blocking curtain) featuring a full size bed (140x200) and convertible sofa from Poltrone Sofà (160x200) in the living room. In addition you will find a large balcony, fully equipped large (especially for Paris) kitchen with a side-by-side American refrigerator, Netflix-equipped TV, washing machine, WIFI, parking, and more.

Our home is situated on the 5th floor of an elevator-equipped building. We are a 5 minute walk to Belleville Metro, 7 minutes to Buttes Chaumont park, and a myriad of shops and restaurants.

If you are here for the Olympics, know that we are about a 30 minute walk from Hôtel de Ville - Belleville is just far enough away to get out of the crowds but close enough that you are quickly in the action.

We love our apartment, and everyone who stays here has tended to agree. Our apartment sits far enough off the street that you don't hear much street noise. And as a plus, you also rarely hear the neighbors (who are friendly and long-term tenants).

If you play the piano you are in luck, as we have a piano.

The toilet and the bathroom are separate which we think is great and hope you do too.

As the weather warms, the balcony is awesome. It has a table, chairs and bench and we highly recommend eating outside assuming not too hot or cold.

We do get direct sunlight so it can get a bit warm in the apartment, but as we do not have buildings on either side, feel free to open the windows for a wind current.

Lastly, we do have garage parking available but please note that it fits a saloon/coupé/break or small SUV like a Renaut Captur. Large vehicles will not fit.

We love our apartment and hope you will too. Please do keep in mind that this is our home. We did not buy this apartment to rent on services such as VRBO and Airbnb, so please do keep that in mind.
