Charming apartment, 70 m2, hyper calm, located in a pretty private avenue of the 16th arrondissement of Paris on the second floor with elevator.
Metro RANELAGH is 200 meters away.
Access is very secure, there are 2 codes to reach the apartment and only residents can enter the avenue des chalets.
The apartment is located in a Haussmann building from the end of the 19 th century.
It is composed of 2 beautiful rooms, a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. The toilets are apart.
Comfortable and quiet, no noise of the street, it is a family apartment, my father was born here and planted the tree in front of the window!

This apartment was beautifully decorated and fully stocked kitchen and washing machine. The host was welcoming and accommodating. We really enjoyed the location of the apartment as we were close to the metro and not far from all the sites. The neighborhood was quiet and more of a family friendly area. I really enjoyed our stay and would go back to this property in the future.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The apartment is charming and spacious and in a great location just minutes from the metro, bakeries, cafes and shops on Mozart and Passy. It was a great home base to return to after spending our days exploring Paris. Gaelle was very pleasant and helpful when greeting us and giving us instructions for the apartment. Absolutely fabulous location - steps to the Metro, cafes, and wine, cheese, butcher shops and bakeries. Lovely apartment with comfortable spacious bedrooms. The kitchen is very small, but we didn't cook much so it wasn't an issue. Valerie provided very thorough information about picking up the keys and so forth and was able to accommodate an earlier check-in time. Gaelle, who showed us in when we first arrived, was also very helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay here again when we come to Paris!
