Terrible cheap nasty poor quality of breakfast for 12 euros not worth northing special cold hardly northing cooked the room had no lights working even the air con was not working the room was in poor condition needs updating it’s not in centre it’s cost me 55 euros in taxi for 20 mins journey from centre which i had no choice to pay has there were no public transportation working it was with regrets to stay at the hotel there are refugees camps in the building

C’est le pire des Campanile que j’ai fait depuis plus de 20ans, Control d’identité avec passeport, ils voulaient nous faire payé le petit déjeuner alors qu’ils avaient était prévu dans la réservation, première chambre moquette inondée, deuxième chambre toilettes salle déjà utilisé….le matin aucun bonjour…. De ce fait j’ai noté de ne pas retourner chez eux.

Pas moyen de se faire rembourser une annulation !

Pros: Je ne sais pas
Cons: Le sens du commerce lorsqu'un client a besoin d'annuler sa réservation.
Location: Impossible car pour un cas de force majeure, je n'ai pas pu séjourné dans le secteur.
Pas moyen de se faire rembourser une annulation de réservation avec les hôtels Campanile ! C'est inadmissible, étant donné que des concurrents comme les hôtels Ibis budget annulent sans frais une réservation. A bon entendeur...

Attention à vos affaires personnelles!!!

Attention à ne rien oublier dans les chambres, vs n êtes pas assuré de retrouver vos affaires à la réception en cas d'oublie.. J en ais ft moi MM la malheureuse expérience!!! sinon l hôtel est à proximité de Paris nord assez bien placer pour y dormir au calme.

Moyen et voiture obligatoire

Triste et froid, personnel de réception idem. Seul le bar, bibliothèque est sympa, comme le personnel du bar. Sans voiture, la galère.

déçu de mon séjour

L'accueil étais correcte. La chambre est décevante trop exiguë. Plusieurs ampoules électriques ne fonctionné pas et non changées malgré mes réclamations. Le signal WIFI inexistant.
