En général, assez propre. Mais il faisait très chaud dans la chambre et l’aération ne fonctionnait pas. Ça tournait mais aucune chaleur froide et des gouttes d’eau tombaient du plafond. Un insecte était dans mes rideau (un cafard il me semble). Je trouve qu’il manquait un petit frigo et une brosse à dent dentifrice à disposition. Ok pour une nuit voir deux. Attention il faut laisser 150€ de caution (qui est retourné à la fin du séjour) je n’avais pas vu cette information (je ne sais pas si cela était spécifié dans l’annonce de l’hôtel) mais prévoyez cette argent si vous n’avez pas de carte de crédit

Die Lage zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist gut bis sehr gut. Das Personal an der Rezeption spricht nebst Französisch teilweise keine andere Fremdsprache.

Pros: Localisation, équipements, restauration sur place et prix intéressant via ebookers.
Cons: Respecter les horaires de disponibilité des chambres ou les modifier si besoin.
Location: Quartier avec commerces multiples, centre commercial et nombreux restaurants.. A deux pas du tramway Porte dItalie...
Hôtel bien situé aux portes de Paris... parking difficile d’accès.. Les travaux environnements sont également gênants... Chambre devant être disponible à 14h et toujours indisponible à 16h... et aucune réaction du personnel... Cependant, chambre, propreté et équipements satisfaisants.... petit bémol d’insonorisation et surtout des clients non respectueux qui à des heures tardives font énormément de bruit... A conseiller pour un court séjour et si indisponibilité il y a dans les autres hôtels voisins très concurrentiels.

Zweckmässig

Wir waren für zwei Nächte dort. Mit der nahe gelegenen Metrostation und Busstation erreicht man leicht alle Sehenswürdigkeiten. Ca. 5 min Fussmarsch. Frühstücksbüffet war gut und genügend ( preisleistung stimmt) Das Zimmer ist Zweckmässig und hat schon ein paar Gäste auf dem Buckel. Armaturen im Bad wackeln, Abdeckungen fehlen z.T. Wir waren aber zufrieden da die Angestellten sehr nett waren und wir recht günstig dort logiert haben. Paris ist in jeden Fall ein Besuch wert.

Proche de Paris

Proche de Paris et de son chinatown. Tous les transports sont à proximité (métro, bus, tramway). Le centre commercial okabe est tout proche. On trouve les commerces et les restaurants tout le long de l'avenue de Fontainebleau. L'hôtel possède aussi son propre service de restauration que je n'ai pas eu l'occasion d'apprécier. C'est au final un établissement que je recommande sans hésiter

Teppich leider dreckig. einfahrt und ausfahrt zur Parkgarage für gößere Auto oder SUV schwierig, was man an den zahlreichen Wandkratzern sehen kann ;P aber für diese Preiskategorie in ordnung. Kein Luxus aber billig halt
