This is a studio, so each sleeping areas are NOT separated by real walls. But the main bedroom on ground level is separated from the living by glass and metal sliding doors. Ideal for 4 persons as there are 2 queen size beds .( Size of the apt is 33m2 + 6m2 mezzanine.) But can an accommodate up to 5 or 6 if you wish to save money while staying in the central Paris- but it would be quite tight!

There are 2 sleeping areas as bedrooms each with a queen size bed, one separated form living area by sliding room divider for added privacy and other one on the mezzanine. A high ceiling, skylight, open beams and three south-facing windows offers a stylish look and spacious feeling.

The apartment is in walking distance from many touristic sites such as Place de la Bastille, Le Marais, Place de Vosges, Saint Louis island, Cite island ( Notre Dame church), Seine River...

Place de la Bastille is filled with hundreds of nice cafes, bars, restaurants, etc. Opera Bastille is there too.

You can take Bus No. 69 just in the back of the apartment building which takes you to all the touristic attractions such as Eiffel Tower, Invalides, Pont Alexandre, Pont neuf, Cite island(Notre Dame church), Saint Louis Island, Marais, Place de Vosges, Saint Germain Blvd, Tuilerie Park, Louvre museum, Pere Lachaise, Orsay museum, Pompidou center, Rodin museum... It is like a touristic bus!!!

The whole apt was renovated 3 years ago. 2 min to 2 subway stations and to supermarket. The apartment is in central Paris. (10 min walk to very center of Paris).

Also, 10 minutes walk to the biggest and most famous farmer's market in Paris:)

Peaceful Corner in Paris

Great one room place

It was my wife, me and our two adult children and this spot was just right. It packs a lot into a single room -- a little eating spot, the foldout couch for an extra bed, curtain separation for the larger bed and half- loft space above it for a second bed. This place is perfect for couples and families who are chill. The location was awesome. Great restaurants within walking distance, good bakeries and coffee shops, a Parisian neighborhood feel.

Our Host Set The Tone For A Beautiful Vacation

My first experience with Vrbo and our inaugural stay in Paris was just awesome thanks to our host Natsumi, who was detailed about all the arrangements and kept me informed with all steps leading up to our visit. I am highly detailed oriented, so this was a great comfort to me. I was traveling with my daughter who was starting college in Paris and Natsumi went beyond her role as our host and offered connections and suggestion for my daughter's long-term stay in Paris. The apartment itself is in a charming area with lots of food options including a Vietnamese shop and boulangerie near the entrance and there are several metro stations close by. Check-in was a breeze and I am every so grateful for the help with our extremely heavy bags up to the apartment. You have all you need for a comfortable stay and a call away should you have any problems like my initial struggle in opening the skyroof panel, which lets in a cool air and just adds to the character of the place. Natsumi is more that a host; she is someone I will remember fondly for welcoming us to Paris. Highly recommended stay.

Perfectly comfortable launching pad for Paris

This was a fabulous location for our Family’s stay in Paris. So close to public transport and great neighborhood restaurants. Apartment came with everything we needed. Quiet location considering all there is to do at night.

The apartment was as described. It is small and can easily sleep 4 but 6 is pushing it as you wouldn't have room for your luggage etc. Natsumi is very nice a good communicator. The location is were good in all regards.

Great Stay in Paris

My friends and I had such a lovely time staying in this apartment. The space was just right for the three of us and it had everything we needed for our week-long stay. The apartment is also in such a lovely part of the city and is right by a wide selection of quality restaurants, bakeries, and shops.

Great stay

Ample room for a group of 4 adults. The apartment had everything that we needed for our stay! The bathroom is small but is fine for a short stay - just a tad difficult to share between 4 people. Overall, the apartment was clean, cozy, and warm. Lots of restaurants, bakeries, and grocery stores within walking distance! Bus stops very are close-by. Unfortunately, we weren't able to use the metro stop near the apartment due to the strikes in Paris, but it would have been very convenient if the metro stations were open (sadly it was out of our control). Overall, we'd stay here again :)

Nice apartment in a very good location

We were very pleased with this apartment. I had to be careful with my head since I am very tall and several parts of the apartment including the entrance door have low clearance... ;) Otherwise it's very well equipped and in a very good location. Just make sure you can climb several flights of stairs.

A hidden gem

Overall an outstanding stay and owner Natsumi is so friendly and responsive! We would stay in an instant. We had 2 adults and 3 children ages 11 to 13 and found this apartment charming. Pros: --very quiet and safe location, away from tourists --about 2 blocks from 2 Metro lines and 1 block from bus --1-2 blocks from grocery, boulangerie, restaurants --owner Natsumi provided personal check-in and tour of the apartment; she is very nice and responsive --apartment is in excellent condition and layout is fantastic, with all the amenities, including washer Cons: --if you want VERY close proximity to Metro, this apartment is not it (about 2 blocks) --no dryer for those who need to dry clothes, but we didn't find that to be a problem --if you are a very light sleeper, you may wake up to neighbors closing their doors late at night or early morning, but this was not a problem for us

not a perfect stay

We stayed here for a week in July. First of all, the place was tight for 6 people, which is understandable. However, some of the things mentioned when booking were not included, such as a computer and a free stick of butter. When we were using the items that were there, such as dish soap, we had to replace it because it was empty when we got to it. There was only salt as a spice, not even pepper. The shower collapsed a couple of times, but it wasn’t too hard to put back. Door handle also fell off a couple of times. The apartment had not been thoroughly cleaned when we arrived as we found dirty dishes in the cabinet and dirty underwear in the drawers. Worst of all was the threat of police when we talked/hung out in our homeaway after 10pm from the neighbors. Although it is sort of understandable, this is a vacation rental so we were expecting to do some vacation type things, such as stay up late. The building is very quiet and the windows are always open because there is no ac so if you are not a quiet family, do not stay here. Of course, the apartment provided some benefits. The WiFi was great, it was in a nice area next to Franprix (a grocery store), near the metros, and near a lot of cafés. The beds were comfortable and the skylight was nice. It is decent for its price and location.

Great location!

Our family of two adults and 3 teenagers stayed in this apartment for 6 nights. It was a tight squeeze but since we were out sightseeing all day, the size didn't matter much to us. It was clean and had everything we needed. It was a more spacious and charming alternative to a hotel. The location was perfect. The neighborhood felt safe and it was an easy 3 minute walk to the nearest metro and often we just walked to the heart of Paris (about 25-30 minutes). The apartment is accurately described in the posting. We appreciated that it was on the terrace side of the building instead of opening onto the street which made it really quiet at night for sleeping. It was a hot week so we had the windows open all night and didn't hear a sound. Natsumi's communication in advance was great and she greeted us after we arrived. She thoughtfully dropped off an extra fan since we were there during the heatwave. We didn't cook in the kitchen but used it for prepping and storing morning breakfast and snacks. There is a huge and delicious market twice a week about a 10 minute walk away. We'd happily come back to Natsumi's apartment if we are lucky enough to be back in Paris.

Cute apartment in great location.

We had a great stay in this apartment. It had everything we needed. The location right between two metro stations was great. Only two blocks away! Lots of restaurants and services nearby. Natsumi was great to work with and she communicated well with us. It was so nice to come back to the apartment after a long day of sightseeing. Would definitely stay here again.

very clean and just what we needed. We were not there much, but when we were it had everything that one needed for tea/coffee. you could easily cook with the equipment if you wanted to. super quiet place and close to metro and bikes. Owner is really helpful and available by phone for any needs.

This apartment is very close to a Metro station with plenty of eateries and grocery store in the neighborhood, and a bakery just a block down. It has a well stocked kitchen and the furniture is adaptable to your group. We felt safe in the area and in the building. Our check in was done with a manager who was thorough on how to use the keys and gate codes. We had little interaction with neighbors, but enjoyed the lovely plants someone was growing in the courtyard. The physical space can be a little challenging for tall people who forget to duck when they go into the sleeping area.

We really enjoyed our stay here! It felt very safe as there are multiple doors to unlock to access the front door. Cute little kitchen with all the necessary equipment. Nice clean bathroom. The ceilings are very very low in certain parts so if you are over 5’5” you will hit your head! There are 2 beds and 1 pullout couch. It’s in a very good location whether you want to walk or take the metro. Great value for the price!

Clean, Safe, Efficient Residential Apartment with loft

Natsumi was a wonderful host, her assistant met us at the appointed time. The space is efficiently utilized but can have up to 3 double beds- one being a futon. The kitchen has the essentials- coffee, tea, stove, toaster, plates, utensils and cookware. Dining and seating area is shared with the futon, but we really only were there at night, The bath is also efficient, with a slightly elevated tub and fixed/handheld showerhead. The apartment it located on the 3rd floor inside a courtyard which was very quite during our stay. We woke up on the weekend to discover an antique market outside the entry door and market vendors for produce, fish, cheese and bread, There are several eateries and metro stops within a 2 block radius as well as markets. All and all a great place for us- not glamorous but clean, safe, comfortable and efficient.

Cute little apartment in a very convenient location.

If you want to live like a local, this is a great apartment in a very convenient spot. A cute little apartment which is clean which has everything you really need. We are a family of five and through the apartment is small and felt a little cramped at times, when you spend most of the time out enjoying this beautiful city, what more do you really need. The only small issue we had is that the beds are not very comfortable, but for a four-night stay this was ok. Natsumi is very pleasant to deal with and very helpful. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

A tasteful & warm little apartment in a quiet neighbourhood off the tourist hyped location. Extremely convenient with supermarkets & subway stations around. A kitchen complete with all necessities which you can prepare simple meals instead of eating out. Really, there is nothing we'd need to complain about.

Small, Charming and Convenient

The location of the apartment was perfect for our brief artists' holiday in Paris. A plethora of shops, boulangeries, cafes, bars, restaurants, and groceries were all very close by. There was even a convenient art supply store a few blocks away! We like to walk and most of the "sites" we wanted to see were within walking range, including Notre Dame, La St Chapelle, the Siene, the Louvre as well as all the beautiful little streets, filled with parks, cafes, little museums and lesser known historic sites in between. Pere La Chaise Cemetery is just a few blocks away and is marvelous. The apartment entrance is in a secure, tall, quiet court yard, and the apartment is two flights of steps up on what in continental America is the third floor. It's good exercise. We enjoyed it. The apartment is small but Natsumi has made clever use of the space! Even though it was small the kitchen was cute, clean and workable with a two-burner gas stove top and a nice electric counter-top oven. We prepared two simple meals there and were happy as clams. The apartment was clean, well cared for, and we felt comfortable. Natsumi was a very responsive host. Afternoon sun comes in the windows further brightening the light and airy little loft. We enjoyed our stay.
