The Space:

This beautiful Parisian one bedroom apartment is located on the fourth floor of a prestige bourgeois building with elevator and concierge, as well as a video surveillance system.



The apartment is quite spacious (68m2) and is furnished with beautiful antique pieces of furniture throughout and parquet floor in all rooms except for the kitchen and bathroom.

The premises come with decorative fireplaces, moldings on the walls and ceilings that convey the unique Parisian flair of living.



The kitchen is well-equipped with among other amenities a dishwasher and oven and the bathroom features a large shower and toilet.



The spacious bedroom has a queen size bed, a big armoire and a decorative fireplace.



As for the living and dining room, they are partly separated for more space. The living space comes with a very comfortable and easy to use double sofabed, armchairs, a flatscreen tv. You are in easy walking distance to monuments, such as the splendid Arc de Triomphe, many entertainment venues and museums, as well as countless shopping boutiques and well-known fashion designers.
