Let down appallingly by host

We didn't get to stay in the apartment as I was told it wasn't available while we were on our way to Montparnasse on the train. I booked the apartment in February and the money was taken then. Absolutely Appalling!!! wasn't available when we were on the train to Paris
Stayed 2 nights in Apr 2025
