Een mooi appartement voorzien van alle hedendaagse gemakken. Met een goede (Ikea) slaapbank en bed. Alleen de boiler is te klein voor gebruik door 3 tot 4 personen, of je moet van koud douchen houden. Let wel op: 's-nachts kan er veel lawaai van de straat komen, van mensen die laat op (stap) zijn en erg luidruchtig kunnen worden, ook vanuit de horeca op de hoek van de straat. Dus let wel op wie er op de slaapbank gaat slapen als je geboekt hebt. Kan erg irritant zijn.
