Studio very well located, in the heart of Paris, near the street Etienne Marcel and the corner of the street Montorgueil, 15m from the Grands Boulevards.
At the foot of the apartment are many shops, cafes and restaurants
This tastefully decorated apartment will make you live a very pleasant trip in the heart of Parisian life.

Air-conditioned Studio 21m2 on the 1st floor which includes :
- Living room with double bed and very comfortable sofa bed for one person, 1 table with chairs, Smart TV, Wifi
- A fully equipped kitchen (hotplates, microwave, toaster, Nespresso machine, washing machine with dryer)
- 1 bathroom with shower and toilet
The cleaning fee includes clean sheets and towels for each guest and the cleaning is done by a professional cleaning agent.

Travellers have access to the entire flat
The Neighborhood:
It is 900 meters from the Grevin Museum and 1.6 km from Galeries Lafayette and 1.5 km from Place de l'Opera.
You will find the Musée des Arts et Métiers only 450 meters away.
