We can’t get the originally booked apartment

The host was very rude and aggressive. I needed to talk with the help centre about 3 hours because our 4 nights booking. First night (about 20:00-22:00) we needed to find another hotel because an emergency situation. The second night we got a totally different apartment (it wasn’t modern like in the pictures) and in a totally different location… so we needed to travel more than an hour from the centre of Paris. When we wanted to get back some money because this situations, the host said we need to find another hotel from tomorrow (during the Olimpics).
