Nous pouvons recevoir 4 personnes (couchage lit 140x200+ canapé 140x190). Un lit bébé est à votre disposition.
Une entrée avec grand espace de rangement.
L'espace de vie est clair est spacieux 18 m² avec une grande baie vitrée donnant sur la loggia fleurie, vous pourrez profiter du salon de jardin que nous y avons installé.
Le canapé en cuir vous accueillera pour regarder la TV connectée avec la fibre. La Wifi est incluse.
Le canapé se transforme en lit 140x190 avec un véritable matelas et un sommier à lattes qui peut accueillir 2 adultes.
Dans la cuisine toute équipée, vous pourrez cuisiner car nos équipements sont complets. (four électrique chaleur tournante, plaque 4 feux vitro-céramique, micro-onde, lave-vaisselle, bouilloire, cafetière expresso, mixeurs, cocottes, casseroles, poêles ...).
Lave-linge et sèche-linge sont à votre disposition.
L'espace nuit est séparée par un couloir isolé par une porte. La chambre spacieuse 12 m² orientée sur le jardin intérieur de la résidence est très calme. La literie est neuve pour votre confort.

The apartment was just perfect for a short stay, with all the necessary amenities provided. Very well located in terms of access to transport, places to eat, groceries and green spaces. A lovely quiet and secure place to stay. I would highly recommend it!!

Quiet, roomy, airy apartment convenient to Metro stop, grocery stores, public market (3x per week), restaurants, and an amazing public park. There was an issue with getting past the building’s inside locked door (multiple levels of security at the outside gate and outside door and apartment door were all good with instructions we were given). We only got in the first time because a pizza delivery guy got us buzzed through the inside building locked door. Once we were in the apartment we had access to the security fob which let us in all three of the building security points. But there must be a better way to get folks inside the first time before they have the fob. The bathroom has a tub without a curtain or door so you have to be careful not to get water on the floor. But that’s pretty standard issue with French apartments (from a US perspective). Hosts were great to communicate with both in French and English and helped us figure out the complexities of trash disposal both in the building and in Paris (food waste / compost is disposed of in a public bin down at the corner across from the bakery). You do have to accept that you are deep in the quiet, safe, residential 15th arrrondissement, which was ideal for us, but might not be if you like nightlife. The cabbie was a little nonplussed that an American couple was staying in the neighborhood. Metro tickets are easily purchased through the iPhone Wallet and Metro is an easy 6 min walk.

The perfect place in Paris to relax and also enjoy!

The property was just as we expected it -- so clean and well equipped and homey. We could rejuvenate after a few days of the family wedding celebration in Moisenay. We found a great little cafe for late lunches each day, as well as a yummy bakery and a very good grocery store, all just a few minutes away. It was extremely hot in Paris when we were there, but the bedroom air conditioner and the fan in the living room both kept us comfortable. Loved the little balcony with geraniums, our favorite, and a little table for our short toast each evening. We highly recommend Chez Sophie!

Paris for Two

Nice location, loved the neighborhood. A short distance by bus or metro to main sites, but far enough away from crowds to really appreciate the area of the city. Very secure and safe building. Bath has a hand held shower in a narrow tub, not a shower stall. But we made do. Great place to stay! We would come back.

Great apartment to base yourself if you're staying for an extended time to explore Paris and have that living in a village feel. The local markets were fabulous, and the metro is just a short walk away.

Excellent Clean Beautiful Apartment in Paris

I loved this apartment. It was nicely located to get to transportation. The neighborhood was very nice with walking to several excellent restaurants. I felt like I lived in Paris. We were able to go to the bus and train within minutes to get to all the places we wanted to see. This was my first trip to France. The host was responsive when I had missed seeing my email for instructions to get into the apartment. It was all so new and clean. Just fabulous!I absolutely loved this apartment. It was conveniently located near public transportation, making it easy to get around. The neighborhood was charming, with several excellent restaurants within walking distance. I felt as though I was living in Paris. We could easily catch the bus and train within minutes to visit all the places we wanted to see. This was my first trip to France, and the host was very responsive when I missed the email with the instructions for accessing the apartment. Everything was new and clean. It was just fabulous!

A lovely place to stay in the 15e.

A very comfortable spacious apartment for 2 of us in a part of Paris that has a lively local life. A good kitchen, with small shops and a market on the doorstep make self catering an easy option. However the public transport to the rest Paris is close at hand - so you could be out and about all day.

Great apartment

Our first Vrbo stay with a bit of learning curve. This included a series of "unfortunate events" with luggage broken by the airlines and door problems. Corinne and Francois helped with some of the issues that we encountered. Excellent apartment with thoughtful furnishing in a wonderful neighborhood.

We were so so happy with Chez Sophie - it was bigger and brighter than expected, great neighborhood, convenient Metro and bus, terrific bakery just across the street. It has a lovely fully stocked kitchen, the Murphybed in the living room as wonderfully comfortable. The apartment complex is safe and clean, the elevators work well - residents were friendly. I have nothing but good comments!

Comfortable, quiet, and well-appointed

Chez Sophie is a well-located, nicely furnished apartment in the 15th arrondisement, a short walk to a subway line that can get you just about anywhere in Paris in a reasonable amount of time. The kitchen is well-equipped. The bed is comfortable, and the bedroom overlooks a pretty private garden. The apartment is remarkably quiet in the evening, even with the window open to let in the cool night air. The listing says the apartment has a/c, although I didn't see any vents. (We didn't need a/c during our visit.) One small suggestion: install a bracket to hold the handheld showerhead in place for Americans and others who want to take a conventional stand-up shower. Overall, this is an excellent apartment, which I would definitely stay in again.

A Great Week in Paris

I would highly recommend this apartment for a couple looking to enjoy some time in Paris. The apartment is in the 15th in a quiet neighborhood and is clean and well equipped. The owners are friendly and responsive and very easy to deal with. Location is great with an excellent bakery and grocery store within view of the entrance gate. There is also a street market on Convention Ave every Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday. The metro station is a short five minute walk and will get you anywhere in Paris. The metro also has train connections which will get you to locations on the outskirts of Paris like Versailles. All in all a great place to spend some time in Paris

The perfect Paris pad

This apartment was a great launching point for our visit to Paris. We stayed 5 days and found it offered everything we needed - ample space for our bags, our clothes, our toiletries, snacks, drinks and our accumulated treasures without feeling cramped. It's bright and nicely decorated with a pretty balcony and you get pleasant airflow with the windows open. It's in a quiet neighborhood of residential (rather than tourist) Paris so it's not too noisy to open them. We greatly appreciated the ability to wash and dry our clothes. That made it possible to pack half as much which is invaluable considering all the hefting of luggage you have to do on metros, trains and planes. The hosts were welcoming and communicative. I didn't see the checkout instructions email until after we had already left but we fulfilled most every request just by instinct. I liked having a homey home base. Hotels are nice but with this VRBO we felt like we lived in Paris for a short while. Which was exactly what I was looking for. We're grateful for the hospitality.

May in Paris - Perfect!

Our stay in this lovely apartment located in the 15th was perfect for our 12 days in Paris for our anniversary. Nicely decorated, very comfortable and extremely clean including having all the amenities we needed. After a day of sightseeing, we enjoyed having our meal on the patio. Corrine and Francois were great with communication from the start of the reservation to the end and also provided a guidebook for the apartment. It was wonderful to have a market, the boulangerie for croissants and several restaurants all within just a block or two away. We loved having the Parisian market right across the street 3x's a week getting fresh fruit and finding great gifts. Buying the Navigo pass, it was easy to get anywhere we wanted to during our stay. Thank you Corrine & Francois for all your help, being lovely hosts and for the delicious macaroons! We would absolutely rebook and I would not hesitate to make this your spot for your next visit to Paris❤️

Highly recommended for Paris neighborhood experience

The apartment was well decorated and well situated for a Parisian experience. It was in a wonderful neighborhood with good restaurants and services. We loved picking up croissants in the morning from the bakery one-half block away. The metro stop is close by and provides you quick access to all of Paris. This is a place where you have a Parisian experience without crowds.

We had a quick two day stay. The location is about a 30 min walk to Eiffel and an hour walk to the Latin district and Notre Dame. Lots restaurants in the area and plenty to do.

Nice condo in the 15th

We had a great four days in this well-appointed apartment in the southern part of the 15th. The owners were quite very responsive to our questions, and we were quite pleased with the space, especially considering it's in Paris. Grocery store and fitness center <5 minutes away. Lots of neighborhood restaurants and cafes, plus a 1/4 mile market outside your door. Merci, Corinne et François!

Perfect for Solo Trip

Corrine and Francois' apartment suited my needs perfectly for my short stay in Paris. It was located in a secured building. The space was clean, quiet and in a great neighborhood with lots of cafes, shops, etc. Lorette boulangerie is right down the street. That was a plus! I was able to walk to the Eiffel Tower (about 40 min walk). I also used G7 and uber. Corrine and Francois were very responsive when I had questions. They were very nice. Overall, I had a very pleasant trip.

Une adresse d’exception.

Nous sommes québécois et visitons Paris deux à trois par année depuis plus de 40 ans. Chez Sophie est l’une des meilleures adresses que nous avons habitées. Tout nous a plu, la déco de l’appartement (beaucoup de beaux livres à consulter), les équipements, la tranquillité du lieu et l’espace intérieur, compact mais très bien aménagé. Le balcon ensoleillé est très agréable et fleuri. Le quartier est aussi un atout majeur. Beaucoup de services autour, une vie de quartier foisonnante et un marché de rue d’exception.Les hôtes, Corinne et François, sont efficaces et attentionnés. Les consignes d’arrivée, de gestion des déchets et de prise de possession du lieu étaient simples et efficaces.Bref, une adresse que nous n’avons aucune hésitation à recommander.Date de location, avril 2025Raymond et Réal,Québec
