The apartment was filthy! We contacted the host, and he just made excuses. We left the property and contacted VBRO to report the conditions of the apartment and request a refund. The host did not take their call, so we were told a full refund would be credited back to our payment method. I would not recommend this accommodation to worst enemy!

We stayed one night to be close to the train station to depart early the next morning. The apartment was clean, ground floor, had all the basics, bed was comfortable, and the apartment is in a lovely neighborhood. The owner was so helpful with check-in, having provided a very detailed explanation and pictures of the process to access the apartment. It’s not fancy, but you’ll be out and about all day so for a stay in this area I can recommend it.

Si j’avais pu mettre 0 pour l’accueil, je l’aurais fait. Logement supposément disponible à compter de 14h mais l’hôte n’a envoyé aucun courriel pour les infos d’entrée quand nous lui avons mentionné que nous étions en avance il nous a dit que le logement serait prêt à l’heure mentionnée la veille (soit 17h). Suite à notre inquiétude pour notre arrivée, l’hôte nous a dit qu’il serait présent pour nous accueillir a 17h et il n’y avait personne et les infos furent disponibles 15 minutes avant l’heure d’arrivée via messagerie. La communication avec l’hôte fut peu réactive. Nous avons dû attendre à l’aéroport pour au moins avoir l’adresse pour notre chauffeur Uber. Appartement très froid à notre arrivée. Nous avons dû communiquer avec l’hôte pour remettre un radiateur en fonction car le fusible avait été retiré. Propreté très déficiente, poussière partout, chaussette sale retrouvée sur le chauffe serviette. Dans les photos, il y avait un lave linge mais à notre arrivée, il n’y en avait pas. Drap du lit taché (blanc). Bref, hormis l’emplacement qui était parfait, rien de bien à dire relativement à cet hébergement.

L’hôte a annulé une fois que nous étions arrivés dans le hall d’immeuble et l’avons appelé pour lui dire que les clés n’étaient pas à l’endroit indiqué. Il s’est rendu compte qu’il avait loué le logement à d’autres personnes également à la même date ! Nous nous sommes donc retrouvés après 15h sans logement pour le soir même…Nous attendons le remboursement par Abritel et un dédommagement pour avoir dû trouver un logement en toute dernière minute pour 4 personnes à Paris et donc plus cher !!!
