Discover this bright and cozy apartment nestled in Paris's 15th arrondissement, a 12 minute walk from the famous Porte de Versaille expo centre. Located on the left bank of the Seine, you'll enjoy easy access to the lush Georges Brassens Park and a vibrant neighbourhood brimming with local eateries, cafes, and shops, with a 10-minute walk to metro line 12 and a 15-minute walk to metro line 13.

The apartment is thoughtfully designed to maximize space, featuring a VERY comfortable, suspended queen-size bed (bedUP) which can easily be pulled down and supported by legs (see pics). The studio boasts a well-equipped kitchen including a full size oven and washing machine, as well as a cozy dining, sitting and small working area. I bet you'll be suprised at how spacious the apartment feels! Situated on the 6th floor with elevator access, you'll be rewarded with a charming view.

This is my home, so it is very much designed with a lot of creativity and comfort in mind, and ofcourse I keep it very clean! Feel free to reach out to me during your stay - I'm very happy to suggest local spots to check out.
