The apartment includes:

• A bright and welcoming living room: has a double sofa bed with a real mattress for two people (140 × 200 cm), a Smart TV, storage space and unlimited Wi-Fi access.

• A sleeping area: equipped with a queen-size bed (160 × 200 cm) with new and extremely comfortable bedding and storage.

There is rats on this flat

We found rats on the flat, and the TV didn't work It was a mess to contact the owner, but at the end the refunded us for 20%, after fighting a bit.

Casa non abitabile - Not habitable flat

1) rispondenza appartamento a quanto mostrato dalle foto: - il bagno NON è abitabile: infatti sia il lavabo sia la doccia non permettono un uso normale dei servizi. - cucina: anche il lavello non è usufruibile normalmente, infatti per lavare i piatti occorre piegarsi per non battere la testa. I coperchi delle pentole erano rotti ma utilizzabili; - il pavimento del soggiorno/cucina è storto, instabile e non permette corretta seduta su sedia né di camminare normalmente. Quanto sopra non è evidente nelle foto dell’appartamento sul sito VRBO, e dovrebbe essere motivo sufficiente di CANCELLAZIONE immediata dell’appartamento dal sito in quanto non sono soddisfatti i requisiti minimi di abitabilità. 2) Tempi di risposta dell' host alle richieste del cliente: avendo riscontrato che il pannello della doccia era rotto e che alcuni piatti, tazze e bicchieri erano scheggiati e una lampadina era rotta, e nell’armadio erano presenti ancora la biancheria sporca del precedente cliente, ho immediatamente (il giorno stesso dell’arrivo) avvisato l’host del problema. Nonostante ripetuti solleciti da parte nostra e promesse da parte dell’host, l’host non ha provveduto alla riparazione della doccia e alla sostituzione delle stoviglie rotte. 3) tempestività nel riaccredito della cauzione: l’host , per verificare lo stato di rilascio dell’appartamento e riaccreditare la cauzione ci ha messo 15 giorni (oltre il tempo massimo previsto dalle vostre Condizioni Generali) e solo in seguito a nostro sollecito alla scadenza delle due settimane dal check-out.
