Our recently renovated second home in Paris in the heart of the Marais is in a beautifully restored 18th Century listed building, with exposed beams and stone, and decorated with antiques and original artwork

25m2 ground floor studio in a quiet residential building. Newly renovated shower and kitchen area with two ring induction hob, sink, refrigerator with freezer compartment and a combination microwave/grill/convection oven. Includes good quality cutlery, dishes and glassware. Guests sleep in a proper double bed with Egyptian cotton sheets.

The space is architect designed, with a dining area, a walk-in wardrobe/storage area and a separate toilet and separate shower.

Although not a bright sun-filled space, it is full of character and an ideal, relaxing, calm, safe space from which to explore Paris. Ideal for one person or a couple.

Guests have full access to the entire studio.
