The Space:

Enjoy a peaceful stay in this comfortable apartment, a stone's throw from Notre-Dame. Quiet and well appointed, it is perfect for up to five guests.



The apartment includes:

• A sleeping area: it has a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm) with new and very comfortable bedding, as well as a single sofa bed & storage.

• A bathroom: includes a modern shower, as well as a hairdryer, soap & shampoo.

Separate toilets are also at your disposal for greater comfort.

Sheets, blankets, pillows and towels are provided for the duration of your stay.

• An open kitchen: fully equipped with oven, microwave, hotplates, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle & Nespresso machine, as well as all the utensils, pots and pans needed to prepare your meals.

• A bright and welcoming living room: the lounge area has a Smart TV (Netflix, Disney +, etc.), a double sofa bed (140 x 200 cm) and unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi, perfect for relaxing or working remotely.

• A dining area: this space has a dining table & chairs

The apartment also includes practical laundry facilities: drying rack, iron and ironing board.

Please note that due to an issue beyond our control, Wi-Fi is currently unavailable in the apartment for an indefinite period.

We are doing everything we can to restore service as soon as possible; however, no compensation will be provided for this situation.

You will be staying in a historic and lively district of the 5th arrondissement, in the heart of the Latin Quarter, perfect for discovering Paris on foot while enjoying a typically Parisian and university atmosphere. A few minutes' walk away, you can enjoy a coffee or brunch in emblematic addresses such as Café de la Huchette, Le Procope or Le Petit Cluny, and lunch or dinner in renowned restaurants such as La Tour d'Argent or Chez René, perfect for tasting local gastronomy. For your daily shopping, several shops are within walking distance: Monoprix, Franprix, artisan bakeries and greengrocers for fresh bread, fruit, wine and local products. By Train: If you're coming from the airport, the RER B train takes you close to the property.



Public Transportation

Metro: The closest metro stations are Saint-Michel and Cluny – La Sorbonne, connecting you to Lines 4 and 10, respectively.

Bus Lines: Multiple bus routes, including the 21, 27, 38, and 85, operate in the vicinity, offering convenient access to every corner of Paris.

If you require a fan, please let us know at least 72 hours in advance. We will be happy to provide one, subject to availability.



Family-Friendly Services

If you require a cot and high chair, please let us know in advance (with 72 hours' notice) and subject to availability, we'll happily provide these.

Please note, however, that we do not provide baby linen.



Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in time is from 3:00 pm.

For early check-ins or late check-outs, availability will be confirmed 24 hours prior with applicable charges.



Deposit Requirement

A deposit of €250 is essential for accessing the property, payable online ONLY by card via SWIKLY. Expect a refund from 21 business days post-departure, provided no damages are noted.



Additional Charges

Unauthorized late check-out: €90.

Cigarette smell post-stay: 450€.



Responsibilities and Guidelines

Respect the tranquility of neighbors. Loud noises may result in deductions from the deposit.



Internet Access

Avoid using Internet access for unauthorized reproduction or representation of copyrighted works. Browsing websites prohibited by French and European legislation is forbidden. Please understand that Internet malfunctions by telecommunication operators are not our responsibility and will not lead to compensation.

NB:We would like to inform you that the internet connection is currently unavailable for an indefinite period. We are doing our utmost to re-establish the connection with the operators concerned.



We provide accommodation only. Cleaning, catering and excursion services are not available during your stay.



We would like to inform you that the minimum age to make a reservation is 21 years. Individuals under the age of 21 will be allowed to enter only in the presence of an adult meeting the required age. Otherwise, they will not be allowed to stay on the property, and no refund requests will be accepted if this rule is not adhered to.

This apartment offers its guests laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
