Being on the fifth floor, there are definitely some stairs involved, but you'll be pleased to hear there's also a lift. It might almost (almost) be worth the climb for that view though. Apartment was in a very secure building and had a spectacular view of the Eiffel Tower. We enjoyed our stay and the rental agency was very responsive and helpful. We would stay here again.

There is an excellent view of the Eiffel Tower from the room.

This is a large apartment in an excellent neighborhood. Everything you need is nearby. It was Christmas and the street was decorated beautifully. Metro nearby or maybe 30 minute walk to Champs Elysee.
