The host answered my emails quickly and was very helpful. The property was lovely and conveniently located near the metro, restaurants, Rue Cler, and pharmacies. It took me 4 days to find the silverware! I did not like rummaging in someone else's drawers. The washer/dryer combo was very nice.

Communication was excellent, the handoff to get into the apartment was personal and easy, the apartment was clean, cozy and had everything we needed. It had two nice showers and sinks, then a single toilet and sink. A great kitchen with the needed amenities. The location was great next to the 8 metro and a couple blocks from the Eiffel Tower. Right across the street from Rue Cler which was nice. Several markets and restaurants but yet still quiet. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The place is right in the heart of 7th arrondissement, right by Rue cler. A few minutes walk to the Eiffel Tower and Invalides.The two rooms are comfortable and cozy but the living room is the most spacious and has a nice sunroom/reading nook.There’s only one toilet room but it gets the job done. The place is nicely decorated and feels nice to get back from all the walking done around the city. Very close by the Metro 8 and multiple grocery stores.The hosts were super responsive on WhatsApp and very kind!

This apartment is perfect! it is in a great location with restaurants, shops and metro near by within walking distance. It had every thing we needed for our one week stay in Paris. It is spotless and the beds were amazing! Both the owner and manager were a pleasure to interact with. Always responsive to any questions we had. I would certainly rate this apartment a 10!!!

Great location near restaurants and the Eiffel Tower!

The photos do make the flat seem bigger than what it is and during July it was hot especially with no AC. It’s also noisy to have and leave the windows open during the night which can offer some cool relief. The were also several items not working or in need of repair which were of some inconvenience. Again, the location made for some convenience close to activities we had scheduled. Cheers.

We loved this apartment in Paris! Beautiful decor and clean. It was very easy to get around with nearby public transportation and Uber. There are a lot of restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies and shops within walking distance. And it’s a very easy walk to the Eiffel Tower! Communication was great and we didn’t have any issues at all. Thank you!!

Perfect Location - Tres Tres Chic!

Chic is the correct word! This main level two bedroom was perfect for our group of four. The location is in the heart of the 7th near the "bottom" of Rue Cler and 15 min walk to the Eiffel Tower. The apartment is fully updated with some quirks we quickly got used to (very subtle drawer handles in the kitchen). The main BR is generous by EU standards. The small bedroom is very cozy. Better for one adult, or two children, but we made it work. Baths are very well appointed. The owners and local assistant were very responsive. One note, the building "gardienne" lives on the same level and retires early. Once he told us we were more mindful of our evening return "noise". Definitely recommend and will in all likelihood stay here again!

Well worth the long search for a place to stay in Paris!

We absolutely loved this apartment. Both bedrooms had their own ensuite shower and sink and one toilet and sink in the hallway. They showers had great water pressure and hot water, better than most high end hotels. The sunroom was very bright and calming and brought the outdoors in. The kitchen was so well equipped with everything we needed for cooking breakfast and even included a microwave, dishwasher and clothes washer and dryer in one. The apartment was roomy and comfortable. Rashida and Laurent et Aziza were very accommodating and patient with our long delay at the airport upon arrival as well as with our departure and answered any questions we had during our stay. We were very happy with their responsiveness and kindness. It was centrally, and perfectly located. Only a couple minute walk to the Bus and Metro Ecole Militaire and to Cler Rue a wonderful street lined with bakeries, café’s, shops, and even an Aldi grocery store. You could walk to Eiffel tower and the arch of triumph or could take a bus there. The only thing I can comment on in terms of drawbacks was the hall bathroom with the toilet was quite small. It was just fine for us but for someone who is big or tall will find it challenging as it is very tight without much legroom. We highly recommend the La Terrasse and Café du Marche for dinner both nearby to the apartment. You cannot miss one dinner at le Relais de l’Entrecote for the best and steak and frites dinner.

Great location and very comfortable apartment!

We had a lovely week staying in this apartment. Great location in the 7th, close to École Militaire metro and across the street essentially from rue Cler. It is a first floor unit, but very quiet. The windows are such that it is very private, while also feeling "light" because of the decor. We had everything we needed in the unit and when I had a question, the owner responded immediately. Our only suggestion concerns the second bedroom. It's well appointed with great reading lights - but would have been perfect with a window covering that blocks the light from outside (it was a little bright at night due to neighboring lights); and the bed would benefit from an upgraded sheet (it was just a tiny bit worn out and took away from the otherwise comfortable bed). Thank you for a wonderful stay - just what we needed.

The apartment was very clean and the host was extremely easy to communicate with during the entire process. The check in process was also very easy and quick. Perfect !

The owner of this apt is so prompt with replies, helpful and seems to just be a very nice person. The apt was even better than expected. We love the Rue Cler neighborhood so that was our top priority. Rue Cler is charming, full of wonderful restaurants, shops and easy grocery shopping. The location is ideal because you can walk to so many places of interest as well as other neighborhoods. The apt was ideal. Wonderful floor plan, so nicely decorated, bright & fresh, immaculate, and everything we could have needed was there. We love the owner's taste! Fabulous kitchen! First floor makes everything easy. Between the location and the apt itself, it's a 10! When we return to Paris, we'll be hoping this apt is available.

Lots of communication with owner/manager. A little Mx up at check in but we got there earlier than expected. Place was clean and cute and on ground floor. Plenty of room. The apartment was renovated very nicely. The location was perfect. I would stay there again in a heartbeat !

We had a great vacation at the perfectly located apartment. It was clean and very spacious. It was beautifully decorated and was a very homy and relaxing after a long day out and about. Will definitely stay there again and recommend to anyone who wants would rather stay in an apartment in Paris.
