This 21-sqm apartment is located on the ground floor without an elevator. The living area is furnished with a sofa bed, a flat-screen TV and dining table and chairs and can also be used as a work-from-home space. The apartment includes Wi-Fi, suitable for working from home and making video calls.
The fully equipped kitchen has an electric tea kettle, sink, toaster, mini refrigerator, stove, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, and more. Full sets of dishes, cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots, pans and kitchen utensils. The flat comes with a clothes washing machine and drying rack. An iron and ironing board, vacuum, mop and broom are available.
The sleeping area is street facing and furnished with a double bed with a comfortable, quality mattress. Professionally laundered sheets, comforters, pillows and pillowcases are provided to you, as well as bath towels for each guest. The flat has an en-suite bathroom with a shower and toilet, equipped with a hair dryer plus complementary toilet rolls, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap to start your stay. Additional toilet is accessible through the kitchen and living room area.
Our guests’ safety is our top priority, which is why the flat is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each arrival. The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning, but portable fans can be provided upon request, subject to availability.

Be sure to shop at Le Bon Marché and in the beautiful covered markets of Le Marché Saint Germain. Within walking distance of the apartment are the must-see Luxembourg Gardens, perfect for a morning jog, afternoon picnic or sunset stroll. The River Seine is also within walking distance so you can go to the Louvre or Notre Dame easily on foot. The Latin Quarter is a stone’s throw away with sights such as La Sorbonne and the newly refurbished Pantheon. Visit Le Marais district for shopping and dining on Sunday while the rest of the city is at rest. With its close proximity to Metro station, Metro: Rennes (Line 12) OR Buses 21, 39, 82, 84, 86, 96, accessing other areas of the capital is extremely easy. Just hop on the Metro to reach the Eiffel Tower, Champs Elysées and the Arc de Triomphe, Montmartre and the Sacre Coeur and more!
