The apartment was lovely and comfortable. A 2nd fan for the 2nd room would have made it perfect. I kept forgetting to ask for one. The kitchen had everything we needed to make my son, who has Celiac, comfortable. The area was great, but very loud at night and early morning, even with the windows closed. It was close to 2 metro stops, many cafes. There we lots of groceries nearby.

This apartment is beautiful, but if feels like you are inside of an oven and I was very unlucky to be here recently. They left a toy size fan the size of my hand that is impossible to refresh. I couldn’t sleep, sweating by all my pores and Hotels.com said “no fan was listed so they had no obligation to provide one”. I guess now you have to travel carrying your own fan according to them. They offered me $100 gift card instead of a refund so I could go somewhere else. The host absolutely never responded. Not even acknowledge. I had an early meeting for work so this was a nightmare. You sweat right after you shower and it was impossible to look professional. This is not a property to stay during summer. Response does not exist. The “concierge” helps with nothing. It’s a shame that they don’t know how to host properly because the apartment and location are amazing. But be aware and don’t ruin your summer vacation.
