Accès métro idéal !

Dans l’ensemble, pour notre usage (juste le coucher), c’était bien, merci. Les infos d’accès très précises (avec vidéo) ont été grandement appréciées. La réactivité de la conciergerie est très bonne. Cependant, les messages automatiques nous ont été envoyés en anglais (dont celui d’accès). Un point qui nous a vraiment fait douter de l’annonce (on a failli annuler croyant à une arnaque) : après payement sur Abritel, on a reçu un mail de la conciergerie nous demandant de vérifier le payement via 3DS en cliquant sur un lien. Ça ne nous était jamais arrivé, on était dubitatifs. On a regardé FAQ d’Abritel + site conciergerie Tea&Chill pour voir si c’était sérieux. On était moins inquiets mais un doute persistait avant l’arrivée. Heureusement que nous avions de bons échanges avec Vanessa (conciergerie). Ce serait rassurant de préciser dans l’annonce la spécificité de la procédure de paiement. L’emplacement est idéal pour accéder rapidement au M5 (- 5min), c’est pour ça que nous avions choisi ce logement et c’était parfait ! Il faut savoir que, forcément, avec ce choix, on entend trafic + klaxons parisiens. La propreté des sanitaires est visuellement présente et celle générale est correcte malgré quelques éléments qui pourraient pourtant être rapidement corrigés : fauteuil IKEA du salon très taché, tâches de graisse dans la cuisine, sol moyen, énooorme toile d’araignée dans un coin de la chambre, jamais vu une aussi grosse dans un logement habité, gros fou rire mais pas sérieux
