Close to the very central and dynamic rue Montorgueil, this apartment is an ideal base to discover the lively center of Paris. It's in a renovated 18th century building, and the house's slightly retro interior design and exposed stone walls give it a dose of character. Our apartment places you in the heart of the city, in an authentic Parisian neighborhood that offers easy access to the sights.
Located just a stone's throw away from the vibrant Montorgueil street, this apartment provides a perfect starting point to explore the bustling heart of Paris. Nestled in an 18th-century building, the apartment stands out with its interior design and exposed stone walls, giving it a unique touch of character. By staying in our apartment, you immerse yourself in the heart of authentic Parisian life while enjoying easy access to the main tourist sites.

Our accommodation is a duplex located on the third and fourth floors of a building from the 1800s.

On the third floor, you'll find a spacious living room with a dining table, an open kitchen connected to the living area, and a separate WC. The fourth floor features two beautiful bedrooms and a bathroom. Additionally, you can enjoy a small balcony terrace, a rare feature in this area.

Since the beginning of 2023, the building has been equipped with an elevator, which is a real luxury in the old buildings of central Paris.

To ensure your comfort and safety, the apartment is cleaned and disinfected by a specialized company before each arrival.

Dream come true

Amazing place in the city. It has everything you need, we took the metro EVERYWHERE! We paid the extra fee for someone to meet us there to show us how to enter with the various lock codes. It was very convenient and worth it. You could easily follow instructions yourself as well. We loved it. The location was absolutely perfect, so quiet inside the complex that you didn’t even know you were in the city. Beds very comfortable. Cafe was five steps from the front door for morning croissant and coffee….bistros everywhere. LOVE!
